End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, Cortxyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Cortxyn Collect software and its QuickBooks Online integration for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software; (b) rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software to any third party.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS". Cortxyn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the software's ability to recover all past-due debts. You are solely responsible for reviewing all automated communications before they are sent, unless otherwise configured.

4. Intuit API Usage

Your use of the software is also subject to Intuit's Terms of Service regarding the QuickBooks API. We are not responsible for any downtime or API changes initiated by Intuit.
